Returns and Exchanges

You may return an item in good condition purchased from our online store a-plus-v.com within 14 days of receipt.
A return is accepted if the following conditions are met:
The item retains its original appearance, tags, labels, and original packaging.
The item shows no signs of use.
Please note that if the item’s condition is compromised, the return or exchange may be refused. We recommend returning items in their original packaging with all protective elements.


Return process
The cost of the item will be refunded, excluding the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are processed no later than 10 business days after the item is received at our warehouse along with a written return request.
In case of an order fulfillment error, we will reimburse both the cost of the item and the delivery, and we will cover the cost of reshipping.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return: Personal hygiene products.
Perfume and cosmetic products.
Linen items (bedding, table linens, underwear, swimwear, sports tops).
Hosiery (socks, tights, etc.).
Printed materials (books, magazines, calendars, art prints, etc.).
Products made of precious metals or gemstones.

Return of defective items
If the item has a manufacturing defect, you may: Return the item and receive a refund.
Exchange the item for a similar one (if available in stock).

Conditions and timelines:
Replacement is made within 7 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after receiving a written return request.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the defect is the result of improper use or is an intended design element of the product.

How to return an item
Contact us: send a request to hello@a-plus-v.com. Pack the item: use the original packaging and a protective outer box to avoid damage. Return all additional components (boxes, covers, etc.).

Send the package:
Use any convenient courier service (cash-on-delivery is not accepted).
Address: 7G Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, Skhodnya District.
After receiving the item, we will inspect it. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
