Returns and Exchanges

\nYou may return an item in good condition purchased from our online store\u00a0a-plus-v.com\u00a0within 14 days of receipt.\n
\nA return is accepted if the following conditions are met:\n
\nThe item retains its original appearance, tags, labels, and original packaging.
\nThe item shows no signs of use.
\nPlease note that if the item\u2019s condition is compromised, the return or exchange may be refused. We recommend returning items in their original packaging with all protective elements.


\nReturn process
\nThe cost of the item will be refunded, excluding the cost of return shipping.
\nRefunds are processed no later than 10 business days after the item is received at our warehouse along with a written return request.
\nIn case of an order fulfillment error, we will reimburse both the cost of the item and the delivery, and we will cover the cost of reshipping.

\nExceptions
\nThe following items are not eligible for return:\nPersonal hygiene products.\u2028Perfume and cosmetic products.\u2028Linen items (bedding, table linens, underwear, swimwear, sports tops).\u2028Hosiery (socks, tights, etc.).\u2028Printed materials (books, magazines, calendars, art prints, etc.).\u2028Products made of precious metals or gemstones.

\nReturn of defective items
\nIf the item has a manufacturing defect, you may:\nReturn the item and receive a refund.\u2028Exchange the item for a similar one (if available in stock).

\nConditions and timelines:
\nReplacement is made within 7 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
\nRefunds are issued within 10 business days after receiving a written return request.
\nWe reserve the right to refuse a return if the defect is the result of improper use or is an intended design element of the product.

\nHow to return an item
